Ingredients:
- 1 peeled orange
- juice from another orange
- 1 apple
- handful frozen berries
- 200ml buttermilk
- 2 Tblsp Yoghurt
Preparation:
- cut fruits, apple should go in blender with skin (vitamins inside!)
- blend all ingredients, serve, enjoy and just in case…get well soon!
- amount good for 2 servings
