Sweet Sour Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe Mango (~450gram)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 250ml butter milk
  • 2 Tblsp yoghurt
  • 4 icecubes

Preparation:

  • peel the mango and cut around the stone in chunks
  • cut the other fruits
  • Blend all ingredients, Serve, Enjoy!
  • Amount good for 2-3 servings

Banana Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • Meat of half Avocado
  • 2 Tblsp of cocoa powder
  • 250ml Butter Milk (1%Fat)
  • 2 Tblsp low fat yoghurt
  • 4 icecubes
  • Some almonds

Preparation:

  • Blend, Serve, Enjoy
  • Amount good for 2 servings
