Today i woke up with a sore throat, seems like i catched a cold. My reply to that is this high vitamin C bomb, a very tasty kick colds ass breakfast drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 kiwi
- some frozen berries
- Tsp chopped ginger
- 2Tblsp oats
- 2Tblsp yoghurt
- 250ml buttermilk
- 1Tblsp honey
- some cinnamon
Preparation:
- Blend, Serve, Enjoy!
