Kick Colds Ass Breakfast Citrus Smoothie

Today i woke up with a sore throat, seems like i catched a cold. My reply to that is this high vitamin C bomb, a very tasty kick colds ass breakfast drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 oranges
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 kiwi
  • some frozen berries
  • Tsp chopped ginger
  • 2Tblsp oats
  • 2Tblsp yoghurt
  • 250ml buttermilk
  • 1Tblsp honey
  • some cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Blend, Serve, Enjoy!
  • Amount is good for 2 servings

Vegan Banana Berry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (~2,5bananas)
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2tblsp maple syrup
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients except berries in large bowl until smooth
  • heat up frozen berries in microwave and add them to the mix
  • fill dough in pre greased muffin form or in in paper bun forms
  • bake in preheated oven for about 15minutes with 175C until golden
  • let them cool down inside opened oven for 3 minutes
  • take them out to cool down till servable
  • decorate with banana slices
  • serve and enjoy!
  • amount good for 12 muffins
