Ingredients:
- 1kg Carrots
- 500gram Potatoes
- 500gram Leeks
- 1 Can Tomatoes 500ml
- 4 spring onions
- 2Tsp Caraway Seeds, fresh Parsley (or/and Ginger)
- Salt, Pepper, 4cloves of Garlic
- Parmesan, Roasted Onions, Herb Curd
- 1Tsp Olive Oil
Preparation:
- Wash vegetables and cut them small
- Add them in big pot and boil for 10 Minutes in salted Water
- Blend them
- Put back to Pot
- Add Can Tomatoes, 2-3 Tsp Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Caraway Seeds, Olive Oil
- Let it steep for 5 minutes
Serve and refine with Roasted Onions (or/and Parmesan) and Tblsp Herb Curd
This Quantity should be enough for 6 big Portions
