Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 peeled Oranges
  • bunch of carrots
  • 0,5-1cm slice of fresh ginger (try out how you like it)
  • 300ml water
  • 2 icecubes

Preparation:

  • Cut ingredients small, blend, serve, enjoy
  • amount good for 2 servings
